I had a mixed experience during my stay at NH Brussels Carrefour De L'Europe. While the location was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, there were several issues with my room that took away from the overall experience. The room was also not as advertised, which was disappointing. Overall, it had its highlights, but I feel it doesn’t fully live up to its 4-star rating.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was not well-lit and had some maintenance issues like a non-working fridge and a wobbly chair. It felt dated and could use some modernization. However, I did enjoy the comfortable bed and decent cleanliness.

During my stay at Nh Brussels Carrefour De L'Europe, I found a few things noteworthy. The hotel's location is fantastic, right near Grand Place and Central Station. However, my room felt quite dated and had issues like a non-functioning fridge and a poorly fitting curtain. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent, but the WiFi was incredibly slow, which was quite frustrating.

My stay at Nh Brussels Carrefour De L'Europe was a blend of positives and negatives. The great location near the Grand Place and Central Station made exploring the city easy. However, the hotel showed signs of needing renovation, with dated carpets and some maintenance issues. Despite these drawbacks, the attentive staff added a personal touch to my experience. 😊

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Grand Place and the central station. It was ideal for exploring most attractions in Brussels, making it very easy to get around.
Dining

Breakfast was a mixed experience; while there was a decent variety of cold options, it lacked a cooked-to-order section, which was disappointing. The coffee was just quick options, not as satisfying as I had hoped.
Facilities

The overall facilities felt outdated, especially the carpets and some amenities. Although the heating and air conditioning worked fine, the hotel definitely needs a facelift to match its star rating.
